Men-talk.uk 100 challenge

We invite you to put the date in your diary and support Ryan on this gruelling event. The event will consist of a full 26.2 mile marathon, directly followed by a 54 mile bike ride then a 10 mile walk carrying a 30kg pack. A 10 mile indoor row will be next, with 100 chest floor burpees to end which is 1 burpee for every mile completed.

The run, cycle and walk will all start and finish from our men-talk.uk hub with the row and burpee taken place there to conclude.

There will be food and drinks throughout the day with ongoing communications regarding Ryan’s progress so it would great to have all the support possible to help him through this.

The event itself is to raise awareness for mental wellbeing, particularly in men as suicide is the single biggest killer for men under the age of 50.

We also hope to raise fund for both men-talk.uk and our partners strong men, both working with men who face struggles with the mental and emotional health.
