Surrounded by the gentle embrace of nature, settle into the meadow as healing sounds carry you into a place of deep rest and renewal. Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, tongue drums, tubular bells, chimes and other instruments to wash over you, supporting relaxation, balance and a sense of inner harmony while the sounds of nature embrace us. 

This intimate sound journey invites you to pause, reconnect and receive - creating space for stillness, reflection and connection with yourself and the natural world around you. There will also be time afterwards to share, reflect and gently return from your journey.

Spaces are limited to just 10 people, allowing for a personal and nurturing experience, so please book in advance to secure your place.

Please note: This sound bath will take place outdoors in the meadow, weather permitting. Should the weather not be suitable, we will move into the warm and welcoming sanctuary of Heron’s Lodge.

These sound journeys are not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or has a pacemaker.
