Twice each year, the Earth comes into perfect balance — day and night held in equal measure.

The Spring Equinox marks the return of light, growth, and new life. Across many traditions, this time of year is honored through ceremony, reflection, and reconnection with the natural world.
We invite you to join us for a full day of earth-based ceremony on the land, culminating in a traditional Sweat Lodge ceremony in the evening.

Throughout the day we will move through guided practices designed to help release the heaviness of winter, reconnect with nature, and welcome the new season with intention.

✨ The day includes:
• Teachings about the turning of the seasons
• Land-based ceremony and intention setting
• Connection with nature and spirit
• A nourishing shared meal
• Evening Sweat Lodge ceremony

The sweat lodge will be facilitated by André Bourque, co-owner of Sacred Roots, and the day will be guided by Jennifer Ayer of Wild Air Wellness.

This gathering is intentionally limited to 14 participants to keep the space intimate and meaningful.

? Rassemblement de l’Équinoxe de Printemps à Sacred Roots

Deux fois par année, la Terre revient à un point d’équilibre parfait — où le jour et la nuit sont d’égale durée.

L’équinoxe de printemps marque le retour de la lumière, de la croissance et de la nouvelle vie. Dans plusieurs traditions à travers le monde, cette période est honorée par des cérémonies qui permettent de se reconnecter à la nature et d’accueillir la nouvelle saison avec intention.

Nous vous invitons à nous rejoindre pour une journée complète de cérémonie sur la terre, qui se terminera par une cérémonie traditionnelle de sweat lodge (hutte de sudation) en soirée.
Tout au long de la journée, nous vivrons différentes pratiques guidées pour relâcher la lourdeur de l’hiver, renouer avec la nature et accueillir le printemps avec clarté et intention.

✨ La journée comprendra :
• Un enseignement sur le cycle des saisons
• Des rituels et intentions sur la terre
• Une connexion avec la nature et l’esprit
• Un repas nourrissant partagé
• Une cérémonie de sweat lodge en soirée
