This experience is an invitation to calm your nervous system and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and gently realigned.

Contraindications:

Not ideal for those with epilepsy, sound-triggered migraines, pacemakers/implants, first-trimester pregnancy, or anyone sensitive to immersive sound. When in doubt, message before booking.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat (or two for extra cushion!)
Blanket
Small pillow
Eye mask (optional)
Water bottle (optional)
Clothing that helps you settle in comfortably
