The class is 2 hours and includes:
Dough Making
Ingredient choices, measurements and technique, troubleshooting
Dough Stretching
We bring pre-risen dough for everyone to use. We also teach you how to stretch and work with your dough.
Dressing and Firing your Pie
This is where you and your friends get to put your favourite toppings on the pizza, learn tips for toppings, and practice spinning your pie in our oven and learning what to look for in yours.

What you will need:
Aprons (if desired)
