Scoudouc, NB – The Greater Shediac Community Garden Inc. is inviting everyone to join the Healthy Body, Healthy Minds Cooking Workshop Series — a free bilingual event aimed at bringing people together to cook, share, and enjoy delicious homemade recipes.

The session will take place on Wednesday, March 4 at 5:00 PM (17h00) at the Club d’Âge d’Or de Scoudouc Inc., located at 3384, route 132, Scoudouc.

Participants will learn how to prepare homemade bread, chicken fricot, and apple cake — delicious comfort foods made from scratch. The workshop will be led by Odette and her assistants (Odette et ses assistants), who will guide participants through each step in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

This activity is free and open to all ages, and everyone is encouraged to bring an apron and a large bowl. It’s a chance to discover new recipes, meet new people, and celebrate community connections while learning skills that support both physical and mental well-being.

Scoudouc, N.-B. – Le Jardin communautaire de Shediac et Banlieues Inc. invite la population à participer à la série d’ateliers culinaires bilingues Corps sain, esprit sain — un événement gratuit qui vise à rassembler la communauté autour de la préparation et du partage de bons repas faits maison.

Cet atelier aura lieu le mercredi 4 mars à 17h00 (5:00 PM) au Club d’Âge d’Or de Scoudouc Inc., situé au 3384, route 132, Scoudouc.

Les participantes et participants apprendront à préparer du pain maison, du fricot au poulet, et un gâteau aux pommes — trois recettes réconfortantes parfaites pour la saison! L’atelier sera animé par Odette et ses assistants, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale.

L’activité est gratuite et ouverte à tous les âges. Apportez simplement votre tablier et un grand bol! C’est une belle occasion d’apprendre, de se rencontrer et de partager un moment agréable tout en faisant la promotion du bien-être physique et mental.
