Natalie has been living with Polycystic Kidney Disease since the age of 12. While her condition remained stable for many years, it has gradually worsened over the past three years. She will require dialysis and a kidney transplant in the future and is currently off work for an undetermined period.

As a community, we are coming together to help support her medical and living expenses.
