What to Bring:

A yoga mat or a gravity chair — whichever you feel will help you stay most comfortable for 90 minutes.

A blanket and pillow for added comfort.

A journal, if you wish, to take notes and help integrate your experience afterward.

We will provide headphones and eye masks for the session.
