The Trainer’s Tartine  Grilled sourdough, house-made whipped ricotta, roasted wild mushrooms, charred spring onion, thyme, honey, micro herbs
Preston Green’s Chilled Cucumber Soup  Cucumber, fresh herbs, cultured cream, lemon, dill oil
The Winner’s Circle Salad Arugula and frisée, strawberries, toasted hazelnuts, shaved parmesan, basil, champagne vinaigrette
The Derby Stakes Spinach, garlic & mozzarella stuffed sirloin rolls, cumin roasted carrots
The Photo Finish Luscious house-made puff pastry turnover with Strawberry filling, served with cardamom crème fraîche and basil garnish
