- **Event Description**: Our game days are open to players of all ages from the community; you do not need to be a VFGPA member.
FEES:
- VFGPA Members @ $10 refundable armband deposit ~ you MUST SHOW us your 2024 membership card to get the member's rate;
- Guests @ $25 (includes the VFGPA Airsoft day pass, non-member event fee & refundable armband deposit).
LOCATION, PARKING & SIGN-IN:
Airsoft Range (VFGPA property at 751 Trans-Canada Highway).
The entrance is immediately left after you exit the highway. Park in the designated parking area. Park as tightly as possible. If you have a lot of gear, bring a cart or a tote with wheels to make moving your gear from the parking area to the staging area easier for you. VFGPA members do not need to sign in at the main gate kiosk for this event. Everyone will sign in at the Airsoft clubhouse.
OTHER EVENT INFORMATION:
- All guns must be transported in an opaque soft or hard case case (BC law);
- All guns must be chronographed & tagged by us before being used on the playing field;
- All players must carry a Green Class gun;
- All players who have not had our Airsoft orientation must attend the session before playing;
- All players must have a current Airsoft waiver on file**;
- Rental guns are available; reservations are recommended;
- Airsoft supplies (BBs, CO2, Green Gas, Smoke Grenades, Muzzle Socks, Dead Rags) are available for purchase;
- Assorted drinks are available for puchase;
- Assorted hot food & snacks are available for purchase;

SCHEDULE:
0900 - 1000: Arrival, registration, waivers** & chrono guns
1000 - 1030: Orientation for players new to our field
1015 - 1045: Armband distribution
1045 - 1100: Briefing
1100 - 1300: Game Block 1 (1 or more game scenarios)
1300 - 1400: Lunch & Hydration Break
1400 - 1530: Game Block 2 (1 or more game scenarios)
1530 - 1600: Range cleanup

** All participants must sign a VFGPA waiver. IF YOU ARE UNDER AGE 19, you must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver where indicated as the "Guarantor". No exceptions.
