Parenting is tough. Parenting while healing, growing, and rebuilding your life takes strength — and you don’t have to do it alone.

Join us for Brick Sidekick, a virtual support group for parents and caregivers who are navigating recovery in all its forms. Whether you are recovering from substance use, trauma, life transitions, or simply trying to find balance — this is a safe, judgment-free space to connect, share, and support one another.

🧱 Launch Date: Wednesday, December 10, 2025
🧱 Schedule: Every other Wednesday
🧱 Meeting Times: 1:00-2:00 PM and 6:00-7:00 PM
(Choose the time that works best — children in the background are totally okay!)

📌 Holiday Note:
There will be no groups held on December 24 or December 31. Sessions resume in January on the regular every-other-Wednesday schedule.
