Discover eases and freedom in movements with Silvia's 4-week indoor Hanna Somatic Education workshop. Each week focuses on a different movement and muscle group to release tension, improve posture, and restore natural movement.  Open to all levels. Most of the movements are on the floor and very slow/mindful/with awareness. 
Requirement: must be able to go down and up from the floor.

Each session focuses on:
Day 1: Extensor muscles of back and flexor muscles of the stomach
Day 2: Muscles of waist and trunk rotation
Day 3: Muscles of hip joint, legs and neck and shoulders
Day 4: improving breathing and walking 
Join for one session $20 or the full series$60.
