The goal of this training will be to introduce the broader community to the PCE approach and why it is being implemented in Shasta County.Presenter BioCarla Ritz is the Managing Director at The Montana Institute. With over 17 years of experience working coast-to-coast as a nonprofit leader, convener, early childhood and prevention advocate, and innovator, Carla brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role.
