Youth Cycle Class

Join Coach DJ and be a part of the FLYT New Wave Youth Triathlon team for this fun cycle class and more! Athletes will choose their own avatar cyclist on our smart training system (SPIVI) and game on the bike for a high energy and motivating workout with amazing music!

For this winter 8 wk series, we will orient youth athletes, ages 6-13 to the sport of triathlon and incorporate this 30 min class weekly. We will also add a few extras to the mix, like a swim and run clinic and how to train for your first triathlon (swim/bike/run).

Best yet! Youth athletes can bring their parents to cycle for FREE!

Our focused 2026 event is the Alfa Youth Triathlon on June 20th in Meadville Pa and this winter series is a great intro into our Spring Youth Learn 2 Tri Series.
