Dirty Dozen Hill Climb Class Series

Annual Hill Challenge Class at CycleLife Studio!!!⬇️⬇️

THE DIRTY DOZEN HILL CLIMB CYCLE CLASS SERIES!
What: This is a 4 week pure cycling class series that will focus on HILL CLIMBING (low cadence & strength work on the bike).

Where: CycleLife Studio, 196 N Sharpsville Ave, Sharon

When: Sundays!
March 8 - 12x2 min hills (1:15 class) *NOTE different Start Time 6-7:15AM (we have a swim clinic on that day at 8am)
March 15 - 12x3 min hills (1:30 class) Start Time 7:15-8:45AM
March 22 - 12x4 min hills (1:45 class) Start Time 7:00-8:45AM
March 29 - 12x5 min hills (2 hr class) Start Time 6:45-8:45AM


May 3rd ---> We do the DIRTY. We meet outside the studio for a dozen hill climbs on the West Hill. Time TBD.
