- **Event Description**: Whether you’re a yoga devotee or a novice, a seasoned singer or shy about your voice, we have a special place for you in our circle!

This will be a day of exploration and restoration, rather than performance and perfectionism. We will focus on using our bodies and voices as meditation in order to arrive at deeper peace and understanding.

We’ll nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits so that we may return to our lives feeling more empowered and energized. We’ll share new skills and tools for use throughout our lives.

Schedule: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday

$130 per person* - includes instruction and lunch

Register early as space is limited. Come make new friends or bring one with you!

Please be sure to bring:

comfortable clothing
outdoor wear
yoga mat or towel
other comforts

Join a phenomenal group of women as we reconnect with the sacred in ourselves and each other.

The retreat is open to all who identify as women.

*Optional add-ons, per person:
Friday overnight = $75
Saturday overnight = $75
Saturday breakfast = $15
Saturday dinner = $15
Sunday brunch = $15

Please note - if you select any of the optional add-ons, you will have time to explore and be on site, but programming and facilitation are only provided during the scheduled retreat time frame of 10am-4pm on Saturday.
