In Fall 2025, Forrest was a featured artist on the Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone, Landman, etc.) produced show, "The Road" which aired on CBS & Paramount+. Forrest was the "token folky" in a country competition, and though he didn't win the whole enchilada, Forrest did get lots of love from hosts Keith Urban & Blake Shelton for his stage presence & original songs.
