Outdoor Afro invites one and all to come out foOutdoor Afroy Morning hike at the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge At Tinicum.John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge At Tinicum park’s Woodland and Derby Creek Trails as we go around the wildlife refuge area. Feel free to bring binoculars to catch sites of different bird and animal life along the way. 

Date: Monday, Sept 1

Arrive at 8:30am / Hike starts at 9:00 sharp!!

Note: The hike is graded as easy. The full path is virtually flat, but it is an unpaved surface. Shoes like light hikers are recommended because the trail can get muddy since it’s adjacent to the wetland. Strollers are not advised. Any minors (under 18) must be accompanied during the hike with a parent or guardian. No drop-offs are permitted for safety.
