This full day retreat will be a slow embodied exploration into the beauty of consent & boundary work and how applicable it is throughout life as well as the positive impact it can have on all our relationships, beginning with our relationship to ourselves.

Our aim is for you to leave this retreat with a deeper understanding of yourself, new found courage to show up for what you desire, skills to negotiate with others and confidence to both give and receive no’s with grace and a new perspective.
