Join us on Sunday October 12 to kayak the Batsto River where we will enjoy a relaxing 4-hour paddle on one of the most beautiful of South Jersey's rivers and one of the most remote places in NJ. We will be shuttled to the launch location and picked up to return to our meetup location. You must make your reservation with Pinelands Adventures online at https://www.pinelandsadventures.org/ or call 609-268-0189 and select the 10:00 departure for the Batsto River "Quaker Bridge to Batsto Lake" trip. You can bring your own kayak or rent one of theirs. Be at their parking lot at 1005 Atsion Rd. Shamong NJ by 9:30 am. The folks from Pinelands Adventures will take and load your kayak and then shuttle us to the launch at 10. Bring lunch and all the usual provisions. Also, we usually tip the drivers at the end of the day. Hope you can join us!
