Sunday Morning Sound Baths at Horseshoe Lake Park

#ShakerPlays is partnering again with Oz Under the Moon to bring Sunday morning Sound Baths to Horseshoe Lake Park, 2701 Park Drive, Shaker Hts, on select dates in July and August 2025, for a morning of sound and nature immersion. Allow Mother Earth to wrap you in her glorious beauty and energy while I bathe you in sounds from crystal singing bowls.

Sitting in nature can help reduce stress and bring about an inner calmness and peace. Vibrations from crystal singing bowls help to bring your mind, body and soul back into alignment, balancing and harmonizing your own personal vibration. Combining the healing forces of Mother Nature and sacred sounds will allow for a transformational and restorative experience.

This offering is held outside in a public park, it will be held weather permitting. The space is located straight down the path from the handicap parking area. The location is on grass, under trees looking out onto the marsh.

Please bring with you a blanket, mat, pillow or folding lawn chair to get comfortable. Please arrive 10 minutes before start to find the perfect spot and get setup.
