Stroll & Sound is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect - first through mindful movement, then through deep rest. We’ll begin with a lovely 1.5 mile walk along wooded trails of the park, followed by a one-hour sound bath held inside the darling nature center space. During the sound bath, you’ll rest comfortably as layers of sound surround you, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. The resonant tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments often leave participants feeling grounded, clear, and deeply at ease. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, and any other comfort items to help you fully relax.

Lindsay is a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide through the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership and in the midst of training to become an ANFT-certified Forest Therapy guide. She received her Level 1 and Level 2 sound practitioner training with Monique Mead of Carnegie Mellon.

There is something profound that happens when we move gently through nature and then surrender to sound. Lindsay created Stroll & Sound because she has felt this combination's calming, nourishing effects herself ... and wants to share it with you.
