Amen WHOLE-4

Beginning Monday, February 16 at 6:30 pm in Classroom 101.

Through the power of faith and neuroplasticity, Whole-4 equips individuals, families, and communities to build healthier brains, bodies, and minds; fostering better relationships; and deepening their connection with God. This 8-16 week program introduces and develops the well-known studies of Dr. Daniel Amen’s work of what influences brain and body health.

The Amen WHOLE-4 provides a simple, science- and scripture-based path to restore health, renew minds, heal relationships, and strengthen faith. It is not a quick fix but a lasting transformation. When the brain heals, the whole person heals—and communities flourish.

Videos and study materials are prepared in association with renowned doctor and psychiatrist Dr. Daniel Amen.
