- Position-specific drills (blocking, catching, passing, tackling form)
- Weight check & designation (Striped Player or Ball Carrier Eligible)
Draft Day Procedures
- After the combine, all players enter the League Draft Pool.
- Coaches (appointed by the league) will draft players in a snake draft format to build balanced rosters.
- Draft order is randomly selected and reversed each round.
- No trades are allowed on Draft Day.
- Siblings will automatically be placed on the same team unless parents request otherwise.
- Striped Players will be spread evenly across teams to maintain balance.
- The league reserves the right to adjust rosters if teams become unbalanced.
Why a Draft?
- Ensures fair play and competitive balance.
- Prevents “super teams.”
- Gives every child equal opportunity to develop, regardless of experience level.
- Builds community by mixing players from different areas.
