This 5-week Beginners Yoga Series is a gentle, supportive yoga class designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and feel genuinely good again. Whether you’ve never stepped on a yoga studio, you're an active yogi, or you’re returning after years away, you’ll move, breathe, and stretch your way toward greater strength, flexibility, and ease - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Over the course of five weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Move through various levels of yoga poses
Improve flexibility, posture, and body awareness
Release stress and tension from head to toe
Develop steady breathing and calm focus
Leave each session relaxed, rejuvenated, and proud of your progress
By the end of the series, you will feel more confident, balanced, and empowered — ready to bring what you’ve learned into your daily life.
You don’t need experience, flexibility, or fancy gear - just curiosity, comfort, and a willingness to try.Modifications and options are offered throughout every class, so you’ll always feel safe, supported, and successful.I provide modifications to soften or simplify a pose, as well as variations to deepen or advance it — so every student can feel both comfortable and challenged in just the right way.
