TROG 2026 TAG Trip

We have a TAG (Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia) trip in the works.

This will be 3-5 days of vertical caving 100+ foot pits and caves, and require proficient vertical skills, including the ability to do changeovers and cross redirects.

The NSS Convention this year is in Corydon, IN from July 6-10. It is only 300 miles from there to Caver's Paradise in Tennessee. There are dozens of pit caves within an hour drive.

The idea is to drive from Convention to Caver's Paradise on Saturday July 11, go caving Sun-Tue (12-14) and return home on Wed July 15.

NSS Convention offers excellent opportunities for practicing vertical skills. All the major vendors will be there, so getting any gear you need is just a matter of walking into their booth.
