Perfect for all fitness levels—walk at your own pace!
A team-based walking challenge where participants work together to log miles
The goal: Walk the equivalent of the distance across Tennessee—500 miles per team

✅ How It Works:
Come to at least one of the weekly walks to be considered as a team member for that season.
Track your miles each week and report your number to the team leader.
Enjoy weekly tips on nutrition, fitness, and motivation.
