Absolute Deadline for payment and cap and gown information for your student to walk in the ceremony is April 6th 2026 What is included formal graduation ceremony as well as a reception with meal and cake after the ceremony. Please sign up under the PARTICIPATING STUDENT sign-up post in comments with the following, once you have paid: Height of graduate also, if they wear an XL or larger in a shirt put XL before their height like this "XL 5'6") Caps and gowns Seniors are black, and Kindergarteners are white. Tassel Colors they can pick up to two. Tassels Students can pick one or two colors for their tassel. The 2026 an will be gold. Black Emerald Green Forest Green Gold Maroon Navy Blue Orange Pink Purple Red Royal Blue Sky Blue Silver White Turquoise Old Gold (this is like a burnt yellow color) Diplomas & Certificates: We provide diplomas for the kindergarten students, and we make a certificate for the high school students, as most do not have their actual diploma in hand before graduation. The parents of the student will present the diplomas/certificates to their own child. If you do have your child's high school diploma you are welcome to bring it and present it to them as well. Also, for the parents handing out the diplomas, you are welcome to say something if you wish. Slide Show: You will need to send us pictures of your graduates before April 15th. For kindergarten we accept up to 6, for seniors we accept up to 18 basically one for each year of life. These pictures should be a variety of pictures from your child's life journey thus far! Email pictures to: seviercountyhomeschoolers@gmail.com Please put your child's full name on the email subject line along with 2026 Grad Extra Information: If your senior would like to do a speech let us know ASAP. If your student has a special talent, they would like to share with everyone please let us know when you sign up to participate so that we can put it into the itinerary. SENIORS: We invite all Seniors to do a display table to share their school journey during the reception time. This room will be open for a hour prior to the ceremony for set up. You can include pictures, rewards, anything you would like to share about your educational journey and/or your future plans. We encourage the students to stay at their table during the reception time to be able to visit with the guest and talk with them. If you need help with invitations or senior/kinder class photos we can help. Reception: If you would like to bring a dish or something, feel free to do so. We provide a taco bar, pulled pork, cake and drinks. Cost: If your umbrella school is Integrity Home Education, you are al ready paid! If not see below. Seniors $ 100.00 this includes cap, gown, tassel, graduation certificate (this is not a diploma). Kindergartners $45.00 this includes cap, gown, tassel, and kindergarten diploma.
