Our once-a-month Self-Care Session™ is a space to pause, soften, and come back to yourself - ESPECIALLY when life feels full, busy, or a little overwhelming.

Led by Jess & Shannon, this small-group experience is an immersive evening of energetic and physical support designed to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease in your body and energy.
