The Creative Art Journaling workshop is an exciting opportunity for individuals to explore their artistic expression while engaging in the therapeutic benefits of journaling.
Join us for an inspiring and hands-on workshop where creativity knows no bounds! In this delightful session, you will embark on a journey to create your very own hand-bound book, ingeniously crafted from a simple packing envelope—because who knew recycling could be this fun? The experience is thoughtfully divided into three enriching parts: we’ll kick off with a calming guided meditation led by Donna, who will help you quiet that pesky inner critic and unleash your inner artist. Next, Patti will guide you through the essential techniques of book binding, showing you how to create beautiful signatures and stitch your journal together like a pro. Finally, in a dynamic collaboration between Donna and Patti, we’ll explore the joy of creating without the constraints of thought, encouraging you to step boldly outside your comfort zone. Whether your journal becomes a sanctuary for secrets, a canvas for dreams, or a treasure trove for travel adventures, this workshop is all about carving out precious time for your artistic expression.

We'll provide most all of the supplies, just bring your enthusiasm a pair of scissors and a pencil and pen for writing in your journal.
