Through intentional breath, a carefully crafted multi-dimensional soundscape, and Reiki offered throughout the experience, you'll have the opportunity to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, peace, and presence.At the end of your journey, you'll receive a second aura photograph, offering a beautiful opportunity to reflect on your experience and witness the story those two moments tell together. Leaving time for your special Aura Photography, an intro, the breathwork joureny and extra time for integration afterword. You may bring a journal for personal insights or if you feel called to share we will have a care circle after to aid in integration and allow for any questions.HEADPHONES WILL BE PROVIDED for our 9D experience.Eat light or consider fasting for at two hours pre-session. (It can be difficult to breathe on a full stomach)Dress comfortably.New Eye masks will be provided, however, you may bring your own.Please Bring a yoga mat or comfortable mat to lay on, a blanket if you prefer as well as a small pillow for your head. We will have extra blankets and bolsters to use for your comfort.
