The Awakening is more than a breathwork session. It’s a reclamation.

In this powerful 9D Breathwork Journey, you’ll be guided through a transformational experience designed to peel back layers of conditioning, self-doubt, and societal programming. Using your breath, you’ll enter a deep theta brainwave state where your subconscious softens, and the truth of your empowered, sovereign self begins to rise.

Through cutting-edge sound design, including binaural beats, 432Hz harmonic tuning, subliminal guidance, and Solfeggio frequencies, this journey invites you to:

How to Prepare:

?‍♀️We will have comfy Mats, pillows, bolsters and blankets- feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

?️ Optional blanket for extra comfort

? Eye mask (a new one will be provided, but you may bring your own)

? Journal for personal reflections

? Water bottle

? Most importantly an open heart and mind.



This journey will ask you to breathe through resistance, to meet yourself with honesty, and to hold space for the parts of you that may have been waiting a long time to be acknowledged. It’s deep work, but on the other side is a sense of belonging within yourself that is unshakable.

? PLEASE READ!!! It’s crucial to understand breathwork isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. This journey isn't advisable for all individuals— Breathwork may not be for you if you have the following conditions: Some Cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, epilepsy or history of seizures. Anyone on heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia, bipolar disorder, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, an active addiction. Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support. Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis. This list is not all inclusive and I generally recommend if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed, that you consult a physician before beginning breathwork.
