The DC Divas PowHERful 2.0 High School Female Flag Football Showcase & 3-Day Scouting School is a first-of-its-kind experience that combines athlete exposure, coach education, and hands-on scouting training. Female high school athletes showcase their skills through verified showcase testing, cognitive performance screening, and competitive 7v7 play—while coaches and aspiring scouts learn modern evaluation methods directly from a former NFL scout. This dual-path program strengthens recruiting opportunities and builds the future pipeline of women’s football.

Event Highlights

• 300+ Athletes participating across Eighth, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior & Senior showcase sessions
• Verified Showcase Testing including 20-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, and agility drills
• Cognitive Performance Screening for seniors, covering reaction time, processing speed, memory, and decision-making
• Live 7v7 Gameplay & Customized Position Drills coached by college and WFA coaches
• Recruiting Exposure with athlete profile booklets shared with college programs
• 3-Day Scouting School led by a former NFL scout—includes evaluation training, mock interviews, live practicum, and certification
• Coach Development Workshop: “How to Evaluate Athletes” with tools, grading systems, and data interpretation
• Parents’ Sessions on recruiting, eligibility, NIL awareness, and supporting student-athletes
• Livestream Access for remote family and college coaches
