Gentle hike to the lookout, overlooking the ocean and the eastern horizon.


Meditation, chi activation, and pranayama breathwork to awaken your energy.


Sacred journaling: set your intentions for 2026 and reflect on gratitude for 2025.


Immersive sound healing as you meditate and write, bringing your inner truth to light.


Swim at Honeymoon Bay, cleansing and activating your body as a vessel of magical life.


This is a FREE community event supporting “Roots To Rise on the Road”, bringing trauma transformation to remote communities in Queensland & NSW. Donations are welcome via cash on the day or online through our GoFundMe.
