Kate is a well‑known Tasmanian keynote speaker, leadership and communication coach, TEDx coach and co‑curator, and award‑winning educator. She is widely respected for her work supporting individuals to build courage in their communication and to share their voices with clarity and confidence.

Kate will introduce her “courage before confidence” framework - a powerful approach that challenges the belief that we must feel confident before we speak. Instead, she explores how courage can lead the way, particularly when navigating self‑doubt, visibility, and the fear of being seen and heard.

Through gentle reflection, thoughtful questions, and practical, accessible tools, Kate will guide guests to identify where hesitation arises in their speaking and how to take meaningful steps toward trusting their voice and expressing their ideas more freely.
