It is delivered in collaboration with the University of Bradford Women's Officer and Mary Magdalene CIC.Many women have never had the opportunity to access green spaces and nature but that changes today. Whether you are managing fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, chronic pain, simply carrying the weight of daily life or you just want to relax in nature, this day is for you. No fitness level required. No experience needed.
