You are warmly invited to come along to our weekly Chair Yoga Classes in Setubal. Just bring yourself, a friend, a bottle of water, and a smile. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes, sporty or relaxed, but something that is easy to move in!
The classes are held on Mondays at 10am, starting 3rd November.

No experience needed, this class is open to every-body!
We will start with some guided breathing techniques, move into gentle (mostly) seated movement, and finish with a guided mind and body relaxation (also known as meditation).
