This is a gentle, grounding outdoor practice designed for real bodies and real lives, whether you are new to yoga, returning after a break or simply looking for a slower, more conscious way to move and unwind by the sea. 🌊

The basis of the practice is Hatha yoga flow, yet we move softly and mindfully, with different options and pauses. You are always invited to listen to your body and rest whenever you need.

🧘‍♀️ What to expect
* Slow, gentle movements to release tension from the body
* Simple breathing awareness (with an optional essential oil) to calm the nervous system
* Support for stress relief, better sleep and overall wellbeing
* A safe, non-competitive space (no flexibility or experience needed)

☀️ Sound & rest
We close the practice with 10–15 minutes of deep relaxation and sound healing using singing bowls and other instruments, allowing your body and mind to fully settle and recharge.

💛 Guided with care
As a certified Hatha, Yin, Pre- and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Holistic and Yoga therapist, I guide the practice in a calm and supportive way.

🌞 Classes take place outdoors and depend on the weather: please follow my page to stay in touch for updates

🧺 Bring comfortable clothes, a mat or towel and a water bottle


✨ Optional Meditation Practice (Donation-Based)
After the yoga class, you’re warmly invited to stay for a ~30 minutes guided meditation practice.
This meditation is donation-based and open to everyone - you’re welcome to:
* stay after yoga and join the meditation, or
* come only for the yoga or the meditation if that feels more aligned for you.
* after we can have a dip in the ocean 🌊


This practice is suitable for all levels: offering space to settle the mind, reconnect inward and rest in stillness.
