Esploreremo il centro storico di Sestri e le due baie, per poi percorrere un anello panoramico fino a Punta Manara, tra pinete e vistamare, per poi rientrare nel primo pomeriggio e goderci il mare e il tramonto, e via di cena e pernotto. Ci portiamo un costumino da bagno?DOMENICA 12 Il Sentiero dell’Ardesia - (14km, + 750mt). Una bella colazione e due passi bordo mare, poi saliremo lungo i sentieri lastricati dell’Ardesia su tracciati spettacolari, rivivendo la storia delle "Portatrici", le donne che trasportavano le lastre a spalla, Maraviglia!Necessarie calzature adatte (suola tipo Vibram), borraccia e pranzo al sacco del 1mo giorno, kway sempre buona idea.Punto di partenza (comunicato agli iscritti) raggiungibile sia in auto che in treno.
