10.00am - 11.00am : Briefing on Facilities Management & Maintenance and Q&A Session

An overview of Terminal 1 facilities management operations, covering day to day terminal maintenance, service level performance and asset upkeep across approximately 6.0 million square feet. The session highlights how integrated operational coordination through AOCC, Stardesk and key stakeholders supports efficient issue resolution and enhances overall passenger experience.

11.00am - 12.00pm : Briefing on Baggage Handling System (BHS) and Q&A Session

A technical overview of the integrated baggage handling operations at KLIA Terminal 1, highlighting high-speed automated sorting, tracking and security screening systems that support efficient baggage flow, system reliability and on time flight operations while meeting passenger and airline service requirements.
