On March 3, we’re gathering in community to move with that energy — not resist it.

✨ Alisha will lead a guided meditation and intentional release ritual to help you gently let go of what no longer serves you.
🥁 Then we’ll open the circle for collective drumming — grounding into rhythm, heartbeat, and shared vibration.

Bring your drum or percussion instrument if you have one. No experience needed — this is about connection, not performance.

Drumming is ancient medicine. It regulates the nervous system. It builds community. It reminds us we are not alone.

Come release.
