First Responders must present a coupon from HOW to enter the park for free. Once you are at the gate ask what pavilion that HOW will be located. We will have a banner up at the pavilion as well to identify that you will be at the right location.We will have a quick briefing on the equipment and safety features starting at 9:45 and then assist you on getting out onto the water. All kayaks and gear must be back to location by 2:00 pm where you can sit and enjoy some hamburgers and or hotdogs from the grill along with a side of pasta salad and some beverages.No experience is required as we will take the time to explain and assist you as much as possible.
