- **Event Description**: We are thrilled to have Chef Jen back at the Market this year!  We'll be featuring greens, salads and salad dressings and root crops like carrots and radishes. Knowing Jen, there will be other things on the menu too. Thanks to a grant  from The Twin County Community Foundation, we are pairing Healthy Kids Bucks with our cooking program this year. We hope the kids will be able to try some of the healthy food we’ll be cooking at the Market and that parents will take advantage of the recipes we’ll provide to make some of the same dishes at home. We are excited to work with WIC on this project.

  We will distribute $10 of Healthy Kids Bucks ( they will be pink) to the first 50 kids to the yellow WIC tent in the tent area of the Market on June 5, July 3, and August 7 during the regular Market from 9am-Ipm. Please arrive no later than 12:30 so the kids will have time to shop. All Healthy Kids Bucks will need to spent the day they are distributed. Unlike IFM Kids Bucks, Healthy Kids Bucks can ONLY be used to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs and plants or seeds that produce food.
