This Is Life 5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk
Challenge yourself while supporting a great cause! Choose between our 5K or 1-Mile Run/Walk and join us as we come together to celebrate and support life, families, and our community.

Race Schedule:
Registration Opens: 7:15 AM
Race Begins: 8:00 AM
Grab your friends, bring your family, and lace up your running shoes, we're running together for LIFE!

Empowered Parenting Family Fun Day!
While runners are out on the course, families can enjoy an exciting morning of activities at Semmes Honor Park!

Family Fun Day will include:
-Inflatables
-Family Games
-Community Resources
-Fun for the entire family!
