As the holidays approach, grief can feel heavier. Not just the grief of loved ones who have passed, but the quiet grief of old ways of living, family stressors, broken connections, and relationships that have ended or changed.
This evening invites you to share memories, express heartache, and find words for the feelings we often hold alone. We’ll reflect on what we’re grieving, what still matters, and what we want to carry forward with intention.
Together, we’ll create a small take-home item to support your personal remembrance ritual this season—something to anchor you, comfort you, and remind you that you’re not walking this path by yourself.
