The Art of Receiving is a 3-hour mini retreat designed to
help you slow down, open your heart, and remember the beauty of allowing yourself to be nurtured.

Through restorative yoga, gentle breathwork, sound, and guided meditation, you'll be invited to soften into the moment, release control, and welcome life's sweetness with
grace.

Surrounded by flowers, candlelight, and community, this retreat is an opportunity to come home to your body, your heart, and the deep peace that comes from simply being.

What's Included:
• Essential Oil Anointing—
Open the senses and set your intention
• Tea Ceremony — Arrive slowly, grounding into presence and warmth
• Restorative Yoga — Nourishing postures with self-touch and breath
• Dyad Meditation — Authentic connection through presence and witnessing
• Breathwork Journey — Release resistance and open to receiving
• Sound Bath Integration - Surrender into deep rest and vibrational healing
• Journaling & Reflection - Anchor your insights through mindful writing
• Closing Ceremony: Flowers, affirmations, and gratitude ritual

You'll leave feeling calm, open, and beautifully replenished — your body soft, your heart spacious, and your spirit ready to receive the love and abundance already flowing toward you.

Please arrive 15 minutes before. You are welcome to bring whatever may help you feel comfortable sitting on the floor. We have props you are welcome to use. This is all about you :) Be comfortable.
