RhythmetriX Mindfulness Drum Experience

Our mindfulness rhythm sessions invite participants into a shared, immersive music-making experience using 15 handcrafted taiko drums. Rooted in presence, breath, and gentle facilitation, this workshop blends rhythm, movement, and listening to create a space for connection, stress relief, and collective flow.

No musical experience is needed. Through simple, accessible patterns, the group gradually synchronizes, shifting attention away from thinking and into the body. The steady pulse of the drums naturally regulates breathing, calms the nervous system, and fosters a sense of grounding and community.
