By blending restorative postures with captivating Healing Sounds created by medicinal instruments, we not only raise our frequencies, we also embody an opportunity to reflect, move through, grow, and heal from what is brought up during this auspicious full moon era.

Jenni & Jennifer are honored to guide you through music, sounds, and postures to bring you back to yourself and your inner Light.

We will journey you through a full spectrum practice + share little tidbits of the energy carried with that month’s Full Moon.
