For those who just want the summary, read on:

Reindeer Games is 1 main event, 4 CTP games, and one bonus Ring of fire. Everyone plays the main event, one person from each team plays each of the 4 CTP games (each person must play one), and everyone is in on the Ring of Fire. A teams finish place in each event/game earns them points towards the overall total. The main event is worth 4 times as many points as a single CTP event. The ring of fire earns just one team half as many points as a CTP game (end of day boost!)

Main event - I will determine in-team player rankings 1-4 based on PDGA rating, 'ville tags average, or honest assessment of average round at the 'ville. Cards will go out with same ranking on same card (as best as possible) so 1's are competing against each other, 2's against each other, etc.  

On each card, you're playing for skins, each hole is worth one skin. If skins are left over after the 19th hole, go to the next hole, play sudden death - last man standing (don't shoot best score, you're out) for 3 holes max. If no winner after 3 holes, the remaining players do a CTP on next hole to win those skins.  

After the round, we'll add up the skins won by each player per team and get finishing places for the main event and assign points. Then we move to the CTP games (in order - putter roller, off-hand, mini disc, long arm), then finally the ring of fire.
Points will then be added up and winners declared!
