As the Earth awakens and the days begin to lengthen, you are warmly invited to gather for a Spring Equinox Women’s Circle — a moment to pause, reflect, and welcome the quiet stirring of a new season.

The Equinox is a sacred point of balance between light and dark, inviting us to honour both where we have been and where we feel called to grow. It is a time to reconnect with the rhythms of nature and within ourselves.

This year our gathering also falls under the Balsamic Moon, the final phase of the lunar cycle just before the New Moon. This is a gentle threshold — a space for soft endings, deep listening, and allowing what has run its course to dissolve so that something new may emerge.

Together, we will honour both the Equinox and the Moon’s invitation to slow down and create space before beginning again.

We will begin with a sharing circle, creating a space of deep listening and connection. Through gentle journaling prompts, you’ll be invited to reflect on what you are ready to release, what you wish to restore balance to in your life, and what new intentions are quietly forming.

To close, we will plant seeds together — a simple ritual symbolising the intentions and dreams we are ready to nurture as we step into the growing light of spring.
